The Yonkers Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee’s 27th Annual Women of Excellence Luncheon will be held on March 20th at The Fairways at Dunwoodie Golf Club. Networking begins at 11AM, A "Networking Table" will be provided. Please bring brochures and business cards to promote your business. The formal program begins promptly at Noon
Hundreds will gather to congratulate this year’s distinguished winners:Loretta Spano - Entrepreneur Award, Susan Corbett - Business Professional Award, Samantha Rosado-Ciriello - Above and Beyond Award and Bettye Malonehumanitarian life in the City of Yonkers. The impressive highlights of their successful efforts will be a highlight of this luncheon.
In addition to the honorees, 3 outstanding high schools seniors will be recognized for their accomplishments with a $1000 scholarship in memory of Virginia Eyler, a former Committee member and good friend of the Chamber. This year they are Kimberly Gerard, Saunders Trade & Technical High School, Melissa Hall, Yonkers Middle High School and Angelina Bell, Sacred Heart High School. These fine students have achieved academic excellence and display an active role in community service.

Be a “Hunger Hero” and join our Women in Business Committee is supporting Feeding Westchester, which is dedicated to alleviating hunger. Formerly known as The Food Bank, this exemplary organization combats hunger in Westchester every day with hands on work in the community. The largest service area for Feeding Westchester is Yonkers where more than 20 agencies are recipients of food distribution.
We ask you to support this worthy cause by bringing the following items to the luncheon. Representatives from Feeding Westchester will collect all donations and will be available to provide additional information.
